Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 10 May 2026
1. Contracting party and scope
The contracting party is Barbara Pos, sole proprietorship, Linzer Straße 17, 4100 Ottensheim, Austria (the "Provider").
These terms apply to all contracts concluded via klamsine.at with consumers. Different terms are not accepted unless the Provider has expressly agreed in writing.
2. Adult-only access
Orders are permitted exclusively for users aged 18 or older. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally entitled to purchase adult content in your jurisdiction.
3. Products and conclusion of contract
The Provider offers the following categories:
- Standard digital content: pre-produced videos and photo sets as download or time-limited access.
- Personalised custom videos: videos produced on individual customer request.
- Physical goods (worn textiles, sets): thongs, bras, tights, socks, sets and selected extras.
- Add-ons: wear-time extensions, wearing photos, short clips, packaging extras, selectable in the product configurator.
Product listings do not constitute a binding offer. A contract is concluded only when the Provider expressly accepts the order or provides the ordered content or confirms shipment. For personalised custom videos the contract is concluded with the order confirmation; production begins after payment.
4. Prices and taxes
All prices are in Euro (EUR) and are final consumer prices. The Provider applies the Austrian small-business scheme under § 6(1) no. 27 UStG; VAT is not separately disclosed.
5. Delivery
- Digital content: made available as download or time-limited access after payment.
- Physical goods: shipping exclusively within Austria and Germany. Shipping costs are included in the price. Discreet packaging.
- Personalised custom videos: standard delivery time is 3 to 7 business days from receipt of payment. Different timelines may be agreed individually.
6. Payment
Payment is processed via CCBill as an external payment service provider. CCBill's privacy and contractual terms are available directly from CCBill. The Provider does not store full payment credentials.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal under §§ 11 ff of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Sales Act (FAGG). The following exceptions apply:
- Personalised custom videos: No right of withdrawal exists for content produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs (§ 18(1) no. 3 FAGG) once production has begun. The exclusion applies provided you expressly consented during checkout and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal before production started. This consent is captured and recorded via an explicit checkout confirmation.
- Standard digital content: The right of withdrawal lapses for digital content not delivered on a tangible medium once execution has begun (§ 18(1) no. 11 FAGG) — provided you expressly consented during checkout and acknowledged the loss of the right before execution started. This consent is captured and recorded via an explicit checkout confirmation.
- Worn textiles (sealed packaging): Worn textiles are excluded from the right of withdrawal for reasons of health and hygiene (§ 18(1) no. 5 FAGG) once the sealed packaging has been opened. Worn textiles are shipped in sealed packaging; opening the seal extinguishes the right of withdrawal.
- Other physical goods: The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to non-worn physical items from receipt of the goods.
You can withdraw informally by email to klamsines.hoeschen@gmail.com.
8. Statutory warranty
The statutory warranty rules under Austrian law apply. Defects must be reported in writing to the Provider without undue delay after discovery.
9. Acceptance and refusal of requests
The Provider reserves the right to refuse enquiries, orders or custom requests without giving reasons. In particular, requests will be refused if they involve unlawful, non-consensual, abusive, discriminatory, violent, content involving minors, content identifying third parties without their consent, or otherwise prohibited material.
10. Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in the separate privacy policy.
11. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The Provider is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country of the consumer's habitual residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction is, where legally permissible, the registered office of the Provider.
